Weekly Booster Update 12/1

Hello Vocal Arts Family,

We are in full gear with our upcoming concert! I can't wait for you all to the see the amazing work your children have been doing. I'm super excited for this amazing and talented program.   SO GOOD!!!!

Here are some things that we need immediately:

 Volunteers 10 needed for each of the nights 12/5 & 12/06.  Please email me back if you are interested.  This is a great way to contribute to the program.    Water always needed. We are completely out and we need the kids to stay hydrated.   We usually go through 8 cases of week.  Please kindly bring waters to choir room. Snacks needed for concert and snack breaks for kids.8 boxes  of assorted chips4 boxes of assorted chocolate/Candy bars4 boxes of Individually wrapped brownies4 boxes of Individual bags of cookies4 boxed of individually wrapped rice crispy treats8 boxes (costco) muffins.20 cases of waterPlease let me know what you can donate by Tuesday 12/3. Our shows do sell out, and last year was standing room only for the holiday concert. Our theatre seats about 500. Currently, about 1/3rd is already sold to VIP Season Ticket Holders. Please see attached FAQ for more information Concert Tickets - SELL SELL SELLGPA ELIGIBILITY and ATTENDANCE : As progress reports come out today, please review the GPA eligibility requirements for our school regarding performances: Anyone who falls below the requirement after today's progress report will not be allowed to perform in the holiday concert. For Voltage and Vibes: this is also a violation of their choir contract and will carry additional consequences within the program.With the concert around the corner, please also review the attendance policy for being eligible to perform: On the day of a performance or competition, students must attend EVERY PERIOD of school.
